General terms

Prices are per apartment per night and include:

• Weekly change of bed linen, kitchen linen and towels;

• Final cleaning;

• Energy consumption and other taxes except municipal taxes in the amount of 1.40 €/person/day for adults over 14 years are included. The municipal tax is paid on departure and is specifically stated on the invoice;

• Parking;

• Free WI - FI;

• Smoking is prohibited in the apartments;

• We do not accept credit cards;

Cleaning:

The final cleaning is included in the price of the stay, as long as the return of the apartment is clean and tidy, i.e. how it has been delivered on arrival.
Otherwise a cleaning surcharge up to a maximum of € 50.00 will apply;

The apartments are equipped with :

• Satellite TV;

• Free WI-FI;

• Linen;

• Towels;

• Dish towels, crockery and cutlery.

Reservation :

The reservation can be confirmed only after receipt of the deposit by bank transfer (IBAN IT 52 H 060 4558 1800 0000 0.0521 million | SWIFT/BIC: CRBZIT2B076);

The apartment is reserved from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival until around 9 a.m. on the day of departure;

Cancellation policy (Articles 1382 and 1341 of the Civil Code):

• Cancellation up to 3 months before arrival: refund of the deposit ;

• Cancellation from 3 months up to 4 weeks prior to arrival: loss of deposit;

• Cancellation from 4 weeks up to 8 days before arrival: 40% of the total price.

• Cancellation less than 8 days before arrival: 70 % of the total price.

• In case of late arrival or early departure: 100% of the total price.
